Erik is an Urban Planner and works at RRM Design Group serving as the firm’s President and CEO since 2006. He is very involved in the community having served on the SLO Chamber Board of Directors and various committees over the last 20 years. He also serves on the SLO YMCA Board of Directors and San Luis Obispo Land Conservancy Board of Trustees. Erik is an advocate for all families and residents in our community who are in need of assistance to thrive. From housing and food security to protecting our natural environment and access to quality medical care and fitness, Erik is all in to support their needs and build an inclusive, just and compassionate community for all.
