The steadfast commitment of the SLO Food Bank’s Hunger Ending Action Response Team (HEART) enables the SLO Food Bank to feed San Luis Obispo County, sustaining the vital programs that provide nourishment to neighbors experiencing hunger in our community.
Manage Your HEART Donation
HEART members can manage their donations with ease and convenience through their Donor Portal. This dedicated portal allows you the flexibility to control your giving in a way that best suits your preferences and circumstances. Here’s what you can do with just a few clicks:
- Modify Your Donation: Adjust the amount of your gift whenever necessary—it’s as simple as logging in and selecting the new amount that works for you.
- Update Payment Details: Change your payment method or update payment information to continue your contributions without interruption.
- Pause or Cancel Your Gift: Should you need to pause or stop your donations, you can do so directly through the portal with complete peace of mind.
Note: You will not see your recurring gift reflected in the account until after the billing of your scheduled donation.

Setting Up Your Donor Portal Access
If you’ve never used Classy before (during the Turkey Trot or Hunger Awareness Day, for example), you will need to claim your account. To do so, go to classy.org/profile and click ‘forgot password’ to set a new one.
Please note, when claiming your account, be sure to use the same email address you gave when you set up your recurring donation. This will ensure your account links to your current recurring donation plan.
